任职资格描述
1.Build up and take care of customer relations: contact and develop customers, negotiate profitable customer contracts
2.Develop and execute sales strategies: Define and realize sales potentials, identify target markets & customers within a defined region, take care of strategy implementation
3.Develop prices and pricing strategies
4.Coordinate all administrative activities between customers and the internal organization; closely cooperate with Customer Service and Key Account Management
5.Cooperate with colleagues from Marketing, Product Management, and R&D to constantly innovate our products and grow sales; ensure local marketing activities, represent RKW on trade fairs
Requirement :
1.Completed economic or technical university education or relevant similar qualification
2.Min 5 years of sales experience in Babycare or Femcare related industries
3.Familiar with domestic hygiene products industry
4.Experience in B2B Sales of product lines that require explanation
5.Ideally working experience in an international multi-site company
6.Have proven track records in new customers development and sales achievement, have been in senior sales role and manage key accounts
7.Fluent in English and at least one language spoken in this region, deep familiarity with local customs and habits, ability to build up trustful customer relationships due to a high level of awareness of cultural requirements
8.Excellent communication skills, strong negotiator
9.Extensive knowledge in sales strategy implementation
10.Excellent self-management skills & performance management
11.Readiness to be present in targeted region, willingness to travel
