Process Manager：
Major Responsibilities
1.Production technology support and troubleshooting;
2.Evaluation and release production technology documents;
3.Evaluation and control for machine investment;
4.Reduces the production cost and increase the production efficiency;
5.Training to Engineers.
Major Requirements / Qualification
1.Education:
College Graduate or above majoring in Magnetic component design and relative fields.
2.Work Experience:
Having 3 years or above magnetic component technology work experience and at least 2 years department management experience.
3.Skills:
Good knowledge of the magnetic component design;
Good knowledge of suppliers of source material;
Good leadership and supervisory skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluent oral and written English and Chinese;
Good presentation skills.
4.Others:
Open, confident, self-motivated, independent and innovative.
