Language skills
The candidate has to have good command of English. He/she must speak fluent English, is able to talk (face to face or on the phone) to Germany colleagues and Germany consultant every day. He/she is also expected to write good English in his/her emails or all kinds of reports.
Stress tolerance
The candidate has to have great stress tolerance, which may come from heavy workload, tight deadline and interpersonal relationship as well as different shareholders
Sizable means there are more than 100 workers in one candidate’s worked company. Sizable also means there are all kinds of independent functional departments in one candidate’s worked company such as finance and accounting, purchasing, HR and Admin., production, quality, warehousing, engineering, sales and marketing and R&D.
2, He/she has at least 3-year back to back management experience in finance and accounting department at finance manager level or higher as finance controller.
3, He/she has hands-on experience of each module of finance and accounting.
4, He/she has hands-on experience in producing all kinds of financial statements under CAS and IFRS.
5, He/she has to have good experience in internal control.
6, He/she has hands-on experience in managing export sales, foreign exchange and compliance for all kinds of tax laws.
ERP implementation/user experience
1, He/she has to have hands-on experience in a reputable ERP software implementation (SAP, Oracel, QAD, Kingdee, Yongyou).
2, He/she has to have hands-on experience in going live each module of an ERP software.
Professional qualification
1, He/she at least passed the China’s National Examination of Intermediate Level Accountant.
2, A CPA, ACCA holder will be preferable.

A full-time bachelor with a major in finance, accounting, economics or math.
A full-time college degree would be accepted if he/she also well meets the aforementioned requirements
