Competence Degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering More than 5 year key experience in quality field; Work experience in JVs or foreign companies; Good interpersonal skills, with Team & Manager spirit; Easy at working with foreigners; Good knowledge of ISO9000 Quality Systems and other tools; Can use & demonstrate how to use dimensional, NDT & Metallurgical instruments; Good knowledge of meturliography, stainless steel standards, mechanical testing, corrosion test; non test, welding processes; RT (2) / ET (2) certificates holder is welcome Fluent in English and Mandarin; Foreign nationality, Southeast Asia are welcome.
