JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: •Drive strategic business management and integrated business planning processes in the China operations. •Set direction and develop action plans through facilitating business goal setting capability. •Lead and manage the rollout of organizational initiatives •Formulate and implement policies, strategies and plans to achieve company’s goals and objectives. •Ensure proactive organizational management with significant potential business impact •Interpret corporate policy as it affects company’s areas of operation and ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to in all departments consistently. Create local operations standards in compliance with regional corporate standards. •Ensure that sales meet the monthly set budget and to take pro-active actions to ensure the achievement of set targets. •Establish and develop extensive Hospital and OTC network in China •Devise, review, analyze and implement effective strategies and business plans for market penetration and market share expansion to grow Actavis existing business as well as identify and develop new business opportunities. •Direct the implementation of quality assurance and R&D activities that is in alignment with HQ standards and policies. •Lead the development of product strategy and direct the implementation of product management and marketing including activities such as sales support, sales team and product training, advertising and promotional programs. •Responsible for achieving the company’s revenue and profit targets and growth objectives. •Maximize profit margin while increasing customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. •Develop a motivational climate whereby all employees are motivated to achieve their goals objectives. •Direct and plan the operation of the plant through the manager of each area. •Guarantee the use of human resource, financial, productive and technological to improve continuously the efficiency of the organization. Requirements: MBA Degree or above education background, GMP knowledge must; Prefer over 15 years of working experience with at least 5 years in GM or above level in Pharmacy or FMG industry, which including fully function management of Production, Quality, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing; Strategy oriented, team working spirit and strong leadership skills within JV culture’s employee management.
