Major Responsibilities 1.Develop and apply marketing and sales strategies for the assigned regions together with the local sales organization and according to EPCOS IN TC/ RF global strategy. 2.Prepare and finalize with the local sales organization and the Division the sales plans on a yearly basis in terms of business volume (bookings/billings, market shares ) and inventories needed to support it. Responsible for achieving the finalized budgets. 3.Administrate and monitor marketing support services including but not limited to product presentations and training, quotations, inventories, quality related problems, definition of logistic agreements as well as general logistic support. Visit customers in support of these strategies. 4.Monitor market developments especially with regards to supply/ demand, prices, application developments and Consequent product developments. Analyze market trends and development of the competitors, suggesting targets and the strategies to achieve them. Major Requirements / Qualification 1.Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineer or Marketing 2.Work Experience: 5 years in marketing / sales of electronic components (preferably passive); Managerial experience is preferred. 3.Skills: Computer literate, knowledge of MS office; Fluent written and oral English; knowledge of German is of advantage. 4.Others: Leading, optimistic personality; Capable to work in team; Willing to assume responsibilities and to work by objectives.
