Major Responsibilities •Analyse of Weakpoints at production (based on P-FMEA, claims, FAQ) •Define measures for lot testing for each production process (critical process) •Improve SPC •Install PAT (= part average testing) •Define release for lots •Define documentation for “high risk” lots •Leadership for ground controlling and continous improvement •Training for SPC to affected employees •Controlling and verification of measures of SPC, CI, Quarantaine •Install factory reporting •Update of P-FMEAs •Perform process audits •Cooperate with SQA/SQM Major Requirements / Qualification 1.Education: B.S degree or above, majoring in electronics, electrical automatic control or a related field. 2.Work Experience: Over 4 years quality control working experience in electronic components production, preferable to be familiar with electronic transformer manufacture process 3.Skills: Knowledge about Q-tools like FMEA, SPC Experience in process audits Understanding of PAT Understanding of automotive requirements Basic training of ISO 9000, preferable to be trained with QS 9000 or ISO 16949 Good leadership and supervisory skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of oral and written English and Chinese Mandarin. 4.Others: Hardworking and enthusiastic, good team player, works well with others.
