Purpose of Duties Before SOP: 1.In charge of organizing the production departments under guidance and control of relevant THE COMPANY’S expatriates and supervisors; 2.Implementation the training schedules in production departments. After SOP: 1.Formulating and implementing the annual production plans; 2.Contribute to the product strategy as well as the realization of cost benchmarks; 3.Deploy THE COMPANY’S Vision, to all level associates throughout the shop floors and translate that into personnel or team working targets. Job Description 1.Planning: a)Prepare the annual, monthly and weekly production plans; b)Define the production benchmark including productivity, yield, KPI, J/C and running ration; c)Schedule the shifts and new model developing rhythms. 2. Quality and productivity: a)Take full responsibility for production quality control and quality assurance; b)Ensure best technical support for quality after-sales service, and coordinate with strategic partners; c)Participate in quality standard establishment and continuous updating; d)Develop and improve operational effectiveness in production process, optimizing the productivity; e)Lead manufacturing team to execute QS9000, ISO14000 and THE COMPANY’S Global Quality Standards. Requirements 1.Bachelor's degree or above in glass processing or manufacturing, mechanical or electrical engineering; 2.Over 5 years management experience in manufacturing or production department of a large plant of JV or international company; 3.Proficient in spoken and written English. 4.Strong inter-personal and communication skills; 5.Self-starter; 6.Innovative and assertive; 7.Knowledge of basic quality tools and PC application.
