Principal Responsibilities 1. Supervises a team of QA Engineers to provide QE service to support new product packaging / process development. 2. Plans, develops and maintains QA systems/quality control procedures & inspection control plans for proper control of new product and packaging. 3. Provides QC Engineering support to for proper ECN change of material / process. Co-ordinates trial run and evaluation to study process capability. 4. Conducts Design review and new tooling/ process qualification and validation during new product and new process introduction. Works closely with PDT team to co-ordinate FMEA and develop appropriate control plan. 5. Assists in establishing the realistic quality standard with PDT team, development and design of the inspection method. 6. Designs and Co-ordinates quality and reliability tests for new product to ensure quality conformance to Global quality standard. 7. Acting as a DMR to plan, develop and maintain QA systems / quality control procedures for ISO & 5S System maintenance and enhancement. 8. Responsible for ISO and 5’S system compliance, co-ordinate system audit in house and on suppliers. Ensure follow up proper corrective and preventive actions with CAS system. 9. Provides documentation service to ensure the control document distribution and update compliance with ISO system. Updating control policy, procedure, and work instruction. 10. Provides documentation service including distribution and updating control of company, policy, and procedure and work instruction. 11. Co-ordinate and provides support to for proper ECN change of material / process. Supplementary Information Education : B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 8 - 10 years experience in Quality Control function.
