Responsibility: Marketing - Review product profiles involving packaging, TV commercials, general artworks, labeling, claim substantiation and advise on the Advertising Law of the PRC Intellectual Properties - Trademark registration and cancellation and co-ordination between NY trademark department and outside counsels. Manufacturing - Review of related contracts and advice on related issues. Logistics and Sales - Review of related contracts and debt collection. External: - Attorneys - Government Authorities Requirement: - Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Law, holder of Lawyer’s qualification certification - 5-8 years of working experience in relevant area with minimum 3 years as in-house lawyer in MNC - Sound knowledge of Intellectual Property is preferred - Competencies Required: - Developing business partnerships - Building a close partnership with business partners - Helping partners achieve business results - Providing legal advice - Advising business partners in a manner that is concise, sound, practical and timely - Problem prevention - Anticipating and preventing legal problem - Managing outside counsel - Involving outside counsel in the most effective and efficient manner - Maintaining independence of opinion - Technical knowledge - Possessing both an understanding of general legal issues and an in-depth knowledge of his / her specialization - Professional collaboration - Working together within the legal function to provide the best services to business partners - Productivity through technology - Using computers to improve productivity - Fluent English and good command of Windows operation
