职位描述： 1.Develop and execute Business Development and marketing plan to achieve sales and profits target. 2.Lead the sales activity of the branch to acquire new business, retain existing business, and grow key accounts. 3.Ensure efficient quality service for the clients and candidates by applying the company’s customer service policy and standard procedures. 4.Complete all required reports on time. 5.Prepare and implement annual business plan and financial forecast of the branch 6.Improve productivity and motivation through staff recruiting, training, retention, and performance management.
