Responsibilities
1.Plan and coordinate activities of microbiological, physical-chemical and sensory laboratories in order to ensure correct and timely analysis, interpretation and report test results in accordance with corporate and legal requirements for raw material, semi-product and finished product. Meet production needs and requirements, including Hold & Release policy.
2.Ensure implementation of new microbiological and physical-chemical test methods in compliance with KIC requirements and state legislation. Identify, generate and implement best practices/tools to support continuous improvement and change culture.
3.Ensure effective team management, provide reports with development opportunities, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Train reports on GLP, labour safety, new testing methods and other relevant topics.
4.Provide planning for ordering, maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment and facilities.
5.Propose and participate in Quality improvement projects and in special project teams to improve overall factory quality related performance or consumer complaint.
6.Participate in audits at suppliers of raw material and packaging materials; ensure follow up and recommendations for corrective actions within the audit reports.
7.Identify quality problems, develop and recommend solutions to quality problems and follow up to ensure they have solved effectively.
8.Provide quality-related training for factory personnel, such as ISO9001, HACCP and GMP etc.
Requirement:
University bachelor degree or above in Chemistry, Food Engineering and Microbiology etc.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of food or chemical processing quality system management related manuals.
Good PC Literacy (MS Office), specialized software.
Familiar with ISO9001 and HACCP system and related training.
Familiar with supplier & Co-packer/Co-Manufacturer auditing and related training

The incumbent should be Masterful in:
Carry out Sensory, Microbiological, Chemical and physical analyses
Interpret and Communicate Test Results to Corporate and Legal Requirements
The incumbent should be Capable of:
Interpret Test Results and Process Control Parameters to Corporate and Legal requirements and recommend Corrective Actions
(c)Experience
.Professional quality control experience of minimum 3 - 4 years in Quality management function related in sensory, chemical and microbiological for RM/PM, WIP and FG in food and chemical processing plant.
Work experience with infectious materials in conformity with applicable standards
