任职资格描述
Key Responsibilities:
-Collect orders, confirm delivery and follow up
-Communicate with overseas customers and provide forecast information
-Handle daily customer’s requirements effectively
-Delivery report analysis and improve customer service level
-Work with relevant department to confirm shipment and provide relevant documents to
customer
-Implement customer satisfaction survey
-Track and deal with customer complaints
-Collect and share marketing information
-Customer reception and visit customers when necessary
-Assist Finance to confirm payment timely
-Provide leadership and improve department performance
-Compile monthly report and make suggestions for top management
Requirements & Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least 5 years relevant experiences in customer services function
-Strong customer mindset, responsive, effectively follows up the requirement of
customer
-Data collection and analysis abilities
-Team spirit
-Good command of verbal and writing English
-Good communication skill
-Familiar with office Micrsoftware
