Requirement: 1Master or PhD in chemistry； 25 yearsworkingexperience intechnical position relating to chemical industry, at least 3 years inmanagerial position; 3Solidexperience in operation of testing laboratory and process improvement ; 4Sound knowledge and understanding inthe lab management system of ISO 17025; 5Well understanding of the testing business & needs locally & internationally ; 6strong leadership, supervisory, communication and organization skills especially inpersonnel management; 7Fluent speaking and written English. Responsibility 1Supervise & monitor the laboratory operation in accordance withthe ISO 17025management system . 2Understand the clients & market needs to maintain and develop strong& wide range oftesting capability 3Recruit& develop high caliber of supervisory & technical staff 4Control& maintain highquality standard of testing services 5Coordinate& control well the works amongstaff offront line , testing pool and technical supports. 6Maintain & control continuous improvement in environmental, health and safety.
