职位描述： Main Functions and Tasks Working harmoniously with the xxx in China and reporting to the Procurement Manager B&R Australia, this position is responsible for the activities of sourcing, quality assurance and logistics of raw materials, commodities, components and finished goods for B&R Enclosures from Chinese suppliers. Works harmoniously with xxx Responsible for ensuring behaviour supports xxx values, and identifies and capitalises opportunities synergistic to both B&R and xxx Sourcing of raw materials, commodities, components and finished goods Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing, cost effective, quality, raw material, components and finished goods as determined by Australian Procurement Manager a. Builds strong relationships with existing and new suppliers in China to ensure quality, and on time delivery i. From time to time, under direction, performs quality checks on goods at supplier's premises, ensuring that goods are as per specifications prior to shipment. ii. Works with Suppliers to ensure on time delivery iii. Solves problems with suppliers liaising when needed with B&R Australia iv. Conducts ongoing negotiations v. Ensures B&R Company Intellectual Property is protected vi. Liaises with suppliers for the replacement and/or credit of unacceptable (non-manufacturing) items or charges. vii. Conducts supplier reviews b. Establishes new suppliers i. Identifies suitable suppliers ii. Ensures quality of suppliers iii. Ensures specifications are clearly understood iv. Prepares and Calls for tenders v. Qualifies tenders vi. Negotiates specific deals c. Identifies and builds relationships with alternative suppliers for critical products as identified with Australian Procurement Manager D.Develops a strong knowledge of B&R Australian capabilities and requirements and identifies other opportunities for sourcing from China Logistics management Responsible for Management of Freight and Shipping from supplier door in China to Australia, ensuring products are shipped in timely, most cost effective manner with zero damage. a. Works with supplier to ensure appropriate packaging b. Identifies, qualifies, negotiates, and appoints transport and shipping companies c. Keeps track of shipments and follows up when needed d. Conducts reviews with shipping and freight companies Benchmarking and Manufacturing liaison xxx a. Conducts costs studies with xxx Donguan re supply of raw materials, components and finished goods b. Provides support to xxx Donguan for the manufacture of any identified, agreed B&R Products finished goods and components c. Liaises with xxx Design, Engineering and Manufacturing Teams in xxx Donguan d. Liaises with xxx Purchasing team in xxx Huizhou
