Key Job Responsibilities: 1. To achieve department function and objective - To enlarge production capacity and improve line balance via production resources improvement and optimization. - To design layout, and do optimization and execution - To plan and prepare all non-production resources including dormitory, store, office, lab, etc. - To coordinate fixed asset's management - To update the cycle time of operators and machines - To maintain IE database and reporting system - To improve production efficiency and save cost - To involve new machines and processes development for design and implement assessment 2. To train up and develop subordinates 3. To manage routing job in IE department Management / Supervisory Responsibilities儶 - Monitor IE dept routing working (KPI) - Building the strong discipline, motivating IE team - Factory Recover Plan - Bottle neck solving and cost down via business process improvement - Flexible layout plan to meet business model change frequently - SOP Education / Experience Required儶 - Bachelor and above, more than 3.5 years in international company experience. - CET-6 and oral ability is not compulsive requirement.
