Education: 4-year college technical degree. Masters degree a plus. Project Management training is also a plus. Experience: Minimum 12 years experience in managing electroplating projects and people, preferably in a metals manufacturing operation. Proficient in the management of outsourced electroplating equipment and process suppliers and projects. Excellent cross functional team leadership skills. Good communication skills. Experience in global project management and equipment bring up is desired. The ability to manage people and the build a world class electroplating development team is desired. Abilities and Skills: Strong automation background, including mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems and their development. Proficient at Microsoft Project, good project management skills Basic Auto Cad, Pro/E or other CAD skills preferred. Excellent people management and people development skills are desired. Decisiveness, while leading project Teams. Excellent Team player. Ability to treat people with respect and integrity. Strong technical and troubleshooting ability. Basic computer and math skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
