Major responsibility: Responsible for overall performance of the operations covering Sales, Production, Finance/Administration and Product Development. Work place: Huangpu East industrial Estate Age: 35-50 Language: Mandarin, Cantonese (not essential), and excellence in spoken and written English, Education: Science and engineering degree preferred, discipline in Chemistry related is of advantage. Work experience: CEO and GM positions for more than 5 years, in manufacturing, of process type, preferably in multinational company. Residency: Guangzhou residence (or to be resided together with his family in Guangzhou shortly) Skill and knowledge: Has international exposure to the latest management tools and concept. Knowledge of and experience in international quality standards and management system. Strong in people skill and communicate skill. Remuneration: Rmb 500,000 and up depending on experience plus year-end performance bonus
