Relevant Skills and Experience 1) Fluent Chinese and English communication skill; 2) College degree or higher in electrical/mechanical engineering; chemistry, environmental science or other related fields; 3) Minimum five working experience in manufacturing industry; At least 2 years EHS experience in multinational pharmaceuticals company; with minimum three years experience in EHS implementation and management; 4) Good communication/presentation skills and team player; 5) Good computer skills; MS office proficiency required; 6) Familiar with quality and EHS management system;OHSAS18000 /ISO14000 experience preferred; 7)Strong Interpersonal skills/observation ability/analytic capability. Essential: •Degree in Environment, Health and Safety(EHS) Engineering or related field and EHS certification from recognized organization or institution; •Demonstrated ability to align EHS issues with key business drives; •Good knowledge of and experience with EHS laws and regulations; •Interface effectively with all levels within company.
