Job purpose: Responsibility to whole project process, ensure the process smoothly run into mass production. Keep updating latest engineering information to share with production dept. Manage new projects launching in Shenzhen with all the Asia account. As a window communication with customer engineering and operation team. Track project process till transferring to mass production. Key Responsibilities and Standards: Project management after Tooling PO receiving. Establish Master Project Binder. Collect all documentation in it to keep the information completely. Follow up tooling design and fabrication to meet project schedule. Documentation prepare for the project: include project schedule; Project information; Material spec; etc. Establish direct and one window communication immediately with customer engineering and sourcing to meet customer’s request and satisfaction. Provide customer support Role Requirements/Qualifications Education: College degree or equivalent experience preferred with additional technical courses. Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience with related project management. Abilities and Skills: Adequate written and oral communication skills, in English and Mandarin Chinese (plus local dialect). Proficient in computer operation, office software, specially of basic autoCAD /proE knowledge Good communication with customer Experience with project management preferred Background of metal engineering, specially stamping or EMI preferred
