Job Responsibility 1.Control non-conformance both externally and internally. Initiate, implement and verify corrective actions as needed. 2.Ensure that the quality system (BOS) is effectively implemented and maintained in LT Shenzhen and meet customer and ISO requirements. ( ISO 9001:2000 Management Representative for LT Shenzhen) 3.Participate as a member of LT Corporate quality driven team to help implement systems and improve quality company wide. This includes contributing to strategic planning, ensuring meaningful goals are established and monitoring quality goals/key indicators to ensure they are successfully achieved. 4.Support in performing supplier certification audits, internal audits and support any required customer audits to discover opportunities for improvement. 5.Analyze manufacturing data and facilitate problem-solving teams when needed. 6.Develop working relationships with assigned customers and team members. 7.Facilitate problem solving for customer concerns and product non-conformances through 8-Discipline technique. 8.Establish and maintain accurate, up-to-date computer databases for SPC,PPM,FMEA,SCAR,CAR,PPAP’s etc. 9.Manage ISO 9001 (and other management system requirements such as ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, etc.) and fulfill Quality System Management Representative role. 10.Hire, train and manage quality engineers/quality technicians to undertake their tasks. 11.Organize work area for more efficient, higher quality and safer working environment. 12.Perform other related duties and assignments as required. 岗位要求和教育要求/Job requirement: College degree or equivalent experience preferred with additional technical courses. CQE, CQT or CQA preferred. 工作经历要求/ Experience: Minimum five years Quality experience preferably in an ISO 9000 Manufacturing environment and multi-national company. 能力，技能和知识/Ability, Skills and knowledge: 1.Adequate written and oral communication skills, in both English and Mandarin Chinese (plus local dialect). 2.Data analysis skills coupled with average report writing, chart development abilities. 3.Functional knowledge of ISO 9000 preferred. 4.Functional knowledge of statistical process control 5.Ability to calibrate, maintain and operate precision measuring instruments including Vision Inspection System, CMI, CMM, OGP, SPC and optical comparator. 6.Ability to read, interpret and analyze blueprints. 7.Computer skills including spreadsheet, word processing, flowcharting software, database management software, and statistical software. 8.Problem solving skills consistent with 8-Discipline technique preferred. 9.Quality system administration experience preferred (i.e. ISO9001). 10.Internal auditing experience preferred. 11.Process Improvement experience preferred.
