Ideally, the candidate must be specialized in training area (trainer plus coordinator); must be in training manager level; title: training & development manager; This person may also need to take Administration duties, and/or Employee relations, but it could be discussed later; 2. Alternatively, the candidate could be a current HR manager has comprehensive HR knowledge and experience. Then responsibilities could be some sections from training, ER, Administration and recruitment. It could be discussed on basis of his/her expertise.
