REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and CAD. Ability to operate small hand tools and measuring equipment. Ability to design/assemble small fixturing and tools. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting ability. Strong team membership and leadership abilities. Good organizational and communication skills, both written and oral. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Ability to apply analytical engineering tools such as Finite Element Analysis, FMEA, DOE, DFMA and 8-D problem solving. Knowledge of SPC. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, emphasis on injection molding/stamping/tooling preferred 3-5 years relevant experience
