Job Responsibilities： -Lead and manage development of acoustic systems and transducers -Compare and recommend on analysis of competing concepts -Recommend out of research and review of patents -Approval of part drawings and/or specifications -Supervision of assembly & set-up of prototypes -Supervision of test and approval of required components and materials -Supervision of acoustical and electrical measurement of transducers & systems -Observation of BOM cost, design-to-cost optimization -Networking with research institutes and and vendors. Job Specification： -5 years acoustic transducer and speaker system design experience. -2 years management experience of small to medium sized team. -Electronic or physics engineering degree (Bc or Ms). -Knowledge of physics, acoustics and mechanics -Knowledge of transducer materials and vendors -Knowledge of acoustic measurement and related systems (Clio, MLSSA) -Spoken and written English -Leadership providing, team-oriented -Communication & Negotiation skills
