MAIN REPONSIBILITIES -ERP/Bar Code system project implementation/operation -Analysis business requirements and propose with the function departments in understanding their business problems and providing BPR solutions to meet business needs -Advocate ERP business improvement solution, technology and services to targeted business unit -Develop necessary user documentation and coordinate or conduct user training -Promote or create ERP capabilities in the company JOB REQUIRMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES): -Degree in Computer related or Management related -have at least 4 years related experiences, such as ERP -Strong advisory skills and ability to deal with key users -Strong facilitation & presentation skills are required -Self-motivated, independent with effective execution power -Excellent communication skills including in written and spoken English and Chinese -Willing to travel and work outside office hours PERFORMANCE MEASURES and KEY RESULT AREAS -ERP implementation and maintenance -SOP for all the departments
