Job Responsibilities： -Responsible for managing logistics operation and Chinese custom affairs. -Develop logistics and Chinese Custom Clearance solutions. -Optimize the division’s logistics and custom operations. -Participate or lead the negotiation and vendor selection process regarding services of logistics and Chinese custom clearance. -Identify, initiate and drive the cost saving projects in areas such as warehousing, logistics payment management, loss &damage control,inventory management, freight and custom clearance, tariff & duty affairs. -Work with PPC and plant material teams to develop optimal packaging solutions. -Lead the repairing team to rework the products. Job Specification： -3 + year of logistics/forwarding work experiences, 3+ year of handling Chinese export & import taxes and Chinese custom affairs, among which, there is 2 + year of supervisory role in mid to large manufacturing companies. Or work for specialized mid to large logistics companies /forwarders/Chinese Custom brokerage firms. - Familiar with Chinese logistics/forwarding business operating environment i.e. air, surface and sea freighting. - Detailed knowledge of Chinese Custom laws is required. To be advantageous if you know the variations of local custom regulation in major Chinese sea ports (Zhuhai) - Equip with modern supply chain / logistics concepts and practices. - Understand large and fast moving manufacturer and global companies’ needs and demand. - Good writing and speaking in English and Chinese.
