任职资格描述
Responsibilities:
1.Oversee HR management functions of the appointed business unit operation including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, career development, termination and etc.
2.Review and update HR policies to ensure in compliance with government regulations.
3.Develop and maintain efficient and systematic processes to facilitate HR administration and database management
4.Identify and recruit various positions as assigned in order to meet the Company's manpower requirements
5.Design and implement compensation and benefit schemes to maintain a competitive and fair compensation system.
6.Develop and implement performance management system.
7.Execute and enhance employee relationship activity to build an attractive company culture including launching recreation activity, handling labor dispute and conducting staff communication session.
8.Lead and complete the HR projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.Minimum 5 years HR experience and with exposure in at least two of the following HR functions: Recruitment, Training, C&B and ER.
3.At least 2 years work experience in management positions with proven team building skills.
4.In-depth knowledge of Labor law and other relevant laws and regulations.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Open minded, flexible, proactive and a team player.
7.Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
