Job Responsibilities： -Selecting/searching worldwide & local suppliers for Semiconductor commodities(IC, Transistor, Diode) based on development request; -Communicating with global R&D Engineer for part confirmation; -Negotiating professionally with suppliers in terms of price, lead time, payment terms, etc. to get the best compositive price; -Evaluating the suppliers per month to monitor and improve the supplier service; -Negotiating for contract price half a year and keep good business relationship with our strategic suppliers; -Sourcing good design house and manufactures to reverse engineering some high value or high volume items based on our request; -Periodic reporting to top management for business and purchasing issue. Job Specification： -Excellent English; -More than 3 years experiences in the area of Sourcing at large electronics manufactory; -Perfect negotiation skills in purchasing; -Well know the market and supply chain of Semiconductor commodities; -Technical or commercial background would be preferable; -Good management and communication skills; -Enthusiastic teamwork and respond well to high pressure.
