Purpose of the Role/ (Mission): Full-time project leader -Expert in LeanSixSigma process improvement -Lead larger projects -Lead strategic projects -Improve multi-functional processes -Assist in project and team selection Leadership development -Learn and apply LeanSixSigma -Be a Change agent -Train Green Belts as needed -Coach Green Belts as needed Minimum qualification -Understanding of electronics manufacturing process (preferred) -Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (minimum passed CET level 4). -Basic MS Word, Intermediate MS Excel. -Bachelor Degree, with 2+years experience as Six Sigma leader/ champion, 5 year+ total working experience -Mini-tab knowledge For permanent pursuit -Process Analysis skills -Black Belt -Project management skill -Trackable records on GB/BB projects completion -Lead ship skill
