About this position Reporting to the China Finance Director, you will be fully responsible for reporting, financial modelling and operational analysis to support upper management with strategic decision making. Key duties include: Performing analysis at operational and financial level Participating in Financial planning process including budgeting and forecasting Maintaining and improving the costing process Formulate and implement changes to Business Process systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Performing expenses control to ensure appropriate allocation of company resource Based in Foshan (daily shuttle bus to Guangzhou) Finance degree holder, with 5+ years working experience Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel knowledge ERP experience, and MNC manufacturing background, QAD experience will be a plus Aggressive and strong communication skill, fluent English The successful candidate You should be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience gained within multinational manufacturing corporations. Solid experience in performing financial planning & analysis and ERP system is a must. A key success determinant will be the ability to demonstrate strong technical competence, initiative and display broader business acumen to deliver business results. Outstanding communication skill in both written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
