Position - Job Title: Head of HR & Administration. Direct line corporate reporting: Managing Director. Direct line HQ reporting: Corporate HR Director Role focus: The appointed will align HR business strategies in China and translate HR strategies into people framework, policies and programs with a delivery focus on cost effectiveness, quality and customer satisfaction. The position - Core duties and responsibilities Management -Responsible for an active identification, development and implementation of improvement strategies & excellence opportunities within the field of organizational development -Providing consulting & business partnering to managers in reaching and achieving company objectives -Actively ensuring the retention of key talents, identifying development needs and driving performance improvements across all business areas. -Ensure budgets, schedules & performance requirements for team/unit are met -Lead Management Controls, support & assist in completion of necessary HR-Audits/CSA’s and lead BPI projects (Business Performance Improvement) Human Resources -Operational Management of HR & Admin. resources -Monitor labour law requirements and application f. CN -Develop & maintain corporate culture -Support & Involve in TA or Z-Group wide HR-Projects -Interview and offer senior position -HR-Marketing (Schools, Universities, Exhibitions, etc.) -Coach and develop HR professional in China. Administration: Plan, coordinate, monitor and execute of: -Repair & maintain TA-SZ property -Dormitory management -Stationary and office equipment -Security and evaluation Candidate Qualifications & Experiences •BA degree in HR management or related discipline. MBA is preferred, •Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with 2 years proven practical experience in a managerial role in a major MNC (Fortune 500 / Global 2000) •Ability to work on extremely complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an evaluation of intangibles factors. •Demonstrate ability to provide strategic HR advice. •Excellent knowledge of Chinese labor law, labor market, social security system and demonstrate how to incorporate these attributes into the needs of a multicultural work place. •Demonstrate teamwork & leadership skills able to effectively coach senior leaders. •Strong presentation, facilitation interpersonal and influencing skills. •Demonstrate process thinking and BPI skills. •Flexible and highly motivated individual, ability to work on own initiative with positive attitude. •Be professional with integrity and trust worthy. •Fluency in written English & Chinese language. •Computer literacy. Personality type: A self-starter leader with high energy levels and ability to do true dedicated in developing employee satisfaction & corporate results. This personality must have strong leadership and working with a positive attitude under pressure and during challenging issues.
