Job Responsibilities： -KPI control Work with finance team. Prepare and consolidate P&L management report. Analyze KPI for P&L management report. Benchmark operational productivity and forecast operation to improve productivity. -Monthly Close Review P&L to ensure our financial statements are valid and ensure variances are properly explained. Ensure that revenues, cost of sales and operating expenses are recorded properly, and highlight any issues. Coordinate quarterly and annual requirements of external auditors and assist in preparation of audited financial and quarterly reporting requirements. -P&L Prepare and Forecast Ensure P&L is updated, analyzed and published timely and accurately. Forecast variances are explained both at executive and detailed levels. -Project Analysis Use NPV, payback period and IRR in investment project analysis. Provide project feasibility and financial analysis assisting financial controller and top management to make a decision. -Tax Plan and Performance Improvement Support Tax plan according to the tax policy. Using diversification analysis to support performance improvement. Job Specification： -University graduate major in financial and accounting or related disciplines; -At least 5 years working experience; -Familiar with financing and accounting practice in manufacturing plant; -Familiar with the financial analysis methodology and technique -Systemic, logical and moderate -Adaptability to the new environment and start the work immediately; -React and response quickly for the new events -Fluent English in writing and speaking, with certificate of CET 4 or above
