Job Summary: Within the framework of company business strategy and people management strategy, lead and manage sales and marketing team to maximize resources and build best-in-class sales and marketing team. Responsibilities: 1. To achieve annual sales target and profitability goal; 2. To be responsible for developing short-term and long-term business strategy; 3. To set and execute ultimate sales goal for company, plan and build a sufficient/effective sales organization; 4. To develop and champion marketing initiatives for future growth, include but not limited to competition analysis, market segmentation and product lifecycle management; Qualifications: 1. Minimum 10 years of work experience in the sanitary ware industry / building materials industry in a managerial role, and 5+ years Sales director management experience. 2. Bachelor degree in marketing management/ business management/ engineering/ MBA is preferred; 3. Possess comprehensive knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility; 4. Proven track record in China national sales, and experience in marketing strategy development & implementation; 5. Strong ability and experience of national channel development, brand building; 6. Strong organizational skills and people development and motivating skills; 7. Excellent business ethics, strong leadership, good interpersonal skills, proactive and outstanding innovative; 8. Good written English competency. Context and environment: The position works in an office environment but requires travel when needed.
