SUMMARY 职位概述 Propose to the manager strategic / action plans to best manage critical costing & sourcing performance in alignment with the company goal. Review with New Range Development Process team on all activities covering but not limited to sourcing, product costing, creative development. and new materials opportunities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责 1. Establish and monitor quoting policies for the JV factory 2. Conduct product costing and value evaluation on feature alternatives and competitive analysis 3. Sustain cost ownership and accountable for all vendor cost accuracy and maintenance 4. Primary interface to the JV factory, provide guidance on product costing and material utilization, to be in alignment with the industrial trend" 5. Assist the manager on structuring the department to cope with the organization needs. 6. Integrated with the HQ, Design, Finance and Sales Support on NDP to work on material and product costing. SPECIFICATION 任职要求 A. COMPETENCY AND QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格和能力要求 1. Minimum 7 years experience at supervisory level who should be good in numbers and analytical skills. 2. Commercial, motivated, proactive, strategic and solution-orientated approach. 3. Possess high level of integrity, and ability to handle difficult and sensitive relationships 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, written, verbal) of both technical and non-technical issues." 5. Team player with high work ethics B. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 教育背景 BS or BA degree in engineering, operations research, finance or other technical fields. C. LANGUAGE SKILLS 语言能力 Proficiency in both written & spoken English, and Mandarin is essential. D. COMPUTER SKILLS 电脑操作技能 EXCEL，WORD，POWERPOINT，OUTLOOK. E. OTHERS 其他 1.
