工作职责与内容:Job responsibility
1.参与公司市场营销策略的制定 Participate the M&S strategy setup of the company
2.根据全国KA销售发展目标提出KA系统整合策略方案, 负责全国KA系统业务规划及未来团队的建设和管理; Propose KA sales strategy to achieve the national KA sales development objectives. Responsible for planning of national KA system and setup/management of future KA sales team
3.开拓新的商超客户及管理现有商超经销商和零售客户 Develop new KA clients and Manage current KA distributors and Retail clients
4.KA系统年度合同的谈判、各系统促销活动的计划安排、监控执行 Responsible for the annual contract negotiation with retail clients, plan and monitor the promotional activities in the retail systems
5.统筹规划KA渠道的年度销售, 费用投入、执行、审核、监督等,并对投入做出合理的分析与效果评估Responsible for devising the KA annual sales budget, including the sales, expenses invested, in charge of the analysis and evaluation of the investment and sales results
6.对KA渠道的月度、季度、年度销售目标负责,对KA渠道产品的进场、陈列形象、产品销售推广负责 Be responsible for the annual, quarterly and monthly KA sales targets, in charge of the KA products listing, display and promotions.
7.提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息 Provide information on market trend, demand change, competitor and client feedback
