ONE Foreign electronics manufacturing MNC is looking for the following executive: Engineering Manager – 工程经理 Location: 广州 Responsibilities 1. Lead the team of Manufacturing Engineering(SMT+AI), PIE teams 2. Responsible for providing Leadership in all areas of Manufacturing processes 3. Ensure high level of production process quality in all areas and transparency by statistical data and key figures. 4. Quick and effective response to major problems that impact Quality, Customers, Employees, and/or Costs. 5. Define and implement economic high quality production planning in order to achieve world-class quality levels in all processes managed from the location. 6. Develop, implement, and maintain efficient and economic manufacturing processes. 7. Recruit, develop the team members 8. Provide leadership in process reliability for equipment planning. 9. Responsible for capital equipment investment budget planning and controlling, cost analysis and target costing for production processes. 10. Planning, setup and production of new products for worldwide R&D sites according project schedules. Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering 2. Minimum 8-year engineering experiences in ODM/OEM/EMS industry with over 2 years at managerial position; expertise in automotive engineering process / technology 3. 5 years electronics assembly experience preferred. Knowledge of process, equipment and production planning.(PCBA, SMT, AI) 4. Excellent command of English and Chinese 5. Strong cross functional communication skills and a good team player 6. Good project management skills
