EHS Specialist JD KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Work with other EHS as a team to make sure site’s operation compliance with national law & regulation and xxx EHS standards, - Process safety management, include MOC, PHA, PSSR, SIL assessment etc. - Industrial Hygiene management - Safety & Environment management system - PPE selection - Update applicable new EHS law or regulation - Employee medical examination - Help or Responsible for managing all elements of the HS&E function, including annual operating plan, annual assurance letter process, HS&E management systems deployment, compliance audits, best practices exchange, event reporting and corrective action closures, internal/external reporting and compliance assurance. - Monitor continuous improvement plan progress - Ensure necessary training is delivered to all required employees. - Drive increased awareness of HS&E processes and practices to leadership, operations and administrative groups. - Integrate and partner with business leaders demonstrating HS&E value in creating a culture supporting prevention and compliance KEY REQUIREMENTS Education: University degree Expreiences: 5+ year Know-how/skills: Hazard identification skill, Physical goods control & security management skill
