One Chemical manufacturing MNC is looking for the following candidates: Mechanical Engineer Location: Guangzhou 1.Implement PSM requirements. 2.Maintain mechanical equipment in safe and efficient operating condition. 3.Troubleshoot mechanical equipment breakdown and provide both stop gap and long term solutions to achieve and maintain better than 99% equipment on line factor. 4.Plan, schedule and execute mechanical maintenance activities. 5.Plan, arrange and execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs for mechanical equipment. 6.Ensure mechanical equipment records, PM and breakdown maintenance records are up to date and easily accessible. 7.Assist Engineering Manager to achieve and maintain better than 95% spare parts accuracy. 8.Cooperate with other functions and engineering disciplines in the department. Requirements: 1.Education: College graduate major in mechanical engineering. 2.Minimum 5 year mechanical preventive and breakdown maintenance experience in chemical processing industry (i.e. mixing, blending and utilities). 3.Able to read and interpret equipment operating manuals and drawings in English. 4.Know-how/skills: Good communication, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Some project management skill. 5.Able to use CAD to perform design work and update existing drawings. 6.Available off hours and holidays if needed.
