Human Resources Manager prefers Hong Kong citizen / Asian (Singaporean or Malaysian) •Monitor and supervise the HR department’s daily operating. •Construct and apply HR strategy across all the departments in China factory. •Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and be involved in all other HR initiatives, such as compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, project work, career and manpower plans. •Ensure compliance with PRC employment and related legislations. •Ensure health and safety compliance with local related legislations. REQUIREMENT: •Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, but the practical experience will be high priority. •Minimum 10 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry with at least 4 years at management level. •Familiar with HK and PRC labour law / regulations. •Detail minded, analytical with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills •Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) •Proficient in MS Office •Stationed in Dongguan Plant is required.
