Production Manager prefers Hong Kong citizen / Asian (Singaporean or Malaysian) Responsibilities •Reports to General Manager. •Responsible for production efficiency, quality, cost of production and delivery performance of all the production section. •Monitor production schedules, inventory, work force availability and equipment status for fulfilling the production schedule and address potential problem areas •Lead the production department to implement the operation system such as LEAN Manufacturing, KPI & ERP etc…, •Assist to develop new manufacturing technologies and improve the existing technologies. •Lead the production team to collaboration with other department to achieve the whole company goal •Maintain a safe, secure and clean working environment in the unit that could meet the company and customers regulations. Requirements: •Minimum 6 years experience in similar position, electronics manufacturing background will be more impress •The good acknowledge of LEAN manufacturing, KPI & ERP will be highly preferable •Degree holder or above in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or similar training is essential •Excellent communication / interpersonal skills and strong in leadership and problem solving. •Good budgeting and planning skills. •Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese. •Work and station in our Dongguan plant is required.
