KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Ensure self-activities will follow company safety policy, and participate the safety meeting & training in local office. • To lead and support China Construction polyurea distributors team to achieve business goal in line with country business strategy. • To develop and manage the distribution channel in China. Ensure the distribution channel plan is effectively implemented. • To encompass growth plan for polyurea business in China, creation of strategies, justification and implementation, in conjunction with country sales and marketing, to achieve sales plan. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Education: Civil Engineering Bachelor proffered • Experiences: at least 2~3 years extensive experience in commercial roles involving the sale of formulated polymer systems especially in waterproofing industry; have to have at least 1 years design institute background or related experience. • Know-how/skills: have knowledge of industry and market trends, competitors and customers in related business.
