One famous Chemical MNC is looking for the following executives: Production Manager/ Supervisor 生产经理/主管-化工 Location: Guangzhou 1.Responsibility: 2.Organize personnel to work on shifts as agreed with the Production Manager and maintain accurate staff shift records 3.Coordinate with Shift Heads to arrange daily production activities to meet production targets 4.Organize and perform regular training both for safety and skills development for subordinates, and maintain records of such training Maintenance of safety and standards of housekeeping 5.Implement standard methods to ensure that reproducible quality standards are maintained 6.Coordinate preventive and others maintenance activities 7.Participate in production planning activities to satisfy customers needs 8.Quality Responsibility a)Ensure FS production to meet production plan as well as to fulfill the orders from customer. b)Ensure the quality standards are maintained and meet FS target. c)Coordinate preventive and other maintenance activities d)Internal quality auditor and department quality representative. e)Have the authority to stop production in case of quality problems 9.EHS Responsibility a)Organize training for safety and housekeeping. b)Supervise his subordinates to work safety, in a healthy and environmentally friendly atmosphere. c)Be responsible for reporting any incident/accident and near miss without delay to site EHS Officer and Production Manager. d)Ensure Fs production to meet and execute environmental management system requirement. e)Internal environmental audit and department environmental representative. Requirements: 1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemistry, Polymers or chemical engineering 2.Experiences: 8 years in manufacturing plant, with at least 3 to 5 years on supervisory position. SAP/DCS or Six-Sigma and Lean manufacturing will be a plus. 3.Familiar with polymer or formula system manufacturing process 4.Understand and support EHS requirement of chemical production, 5.Supporter of quality and efficiency operation, Familiar with quality assurance system such as ISO 9001, SPC skills , ISO16949 will be a plus. 6.Fluent in English and Mandarin
