Job Responsibilities:
1.Achieve or exceed company sale goals. Monitor and control department expense, make sure that the expense will not exceed the annual budget .
2.According to company development strategy, be responsible for establishing long-term middle-term and short-term sale goals. And ensure the implementation of sale strategy
3.Analyzes department workload and recommends increases or decreases in staff; interviews candidates for openings and makes hiring decisions.
4.Trains, develops and motivates subordinates to enhance present performance; orients new subordinates and familiarizes them with policies and procedures, responsibilities, and expected performance results.
5.Reviews subordinates’ responsibilities; plans and delegates work assignments; establishes departmental work goals or quantitative and qualitative standards.
Evaluates subordinates’ performance and conducts performance evaluations; recommends promotions, transfers, terminations etc.; reviews salaries and recommends changes when warranted.
6.Increases corporate profitability by growing sales market share and managing expenses through strategic planning, leadership, and coordination with Marketing.
7.Develops and implements a strategic business plan which focuses on the achievement of sales goals and the appropriate utilization of resources.
8.Works with Commercial Manager, Hospital Sales Manager and OTC Managers to identify, pursue, and establish new business opportunities within the region. Conducts ongoing business reviews with them to assure the highest quality development of the distributers, physician, drugstores, and trade market sectors.
9.Works with Marketing to integrate field input into the marketing planning process. Establishes a leadership role with key influentials in physician, distributers, and trade arenas to favorably affect business.
10.Establishes innovative sales programs and strategies to meet and exceed goals. Ensures effective/optimal recruiting and hiring of a diverse workforce. Provides guidance and direction to managers on Human Resources issues, including selection, development, performance, and disciplinary issues.
11.Business Operations - Ensures that sales messages are in-line with core marketing strategies. Ensures that marketing programs and activities are maximized throughout the country.
12.Administration – Ensures all sectors compliance with corporate policies and procedures, including sample accountability, fraud and abuse guidelines, and personnel policies.
INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or related;
-At least 10 years working experience in MNCs
-Strong interpersonal skills;
-Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment;
-Fluent written and oral English;
-Proficiency in microsoft office software
