KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES •Develop and implement an APAC quality strategy to support the growth of APAC business •Leverage the experience and facilities of the manufacturing sites to make sure the best practice is achieved •Optimize all the quality related process workflow including finished goods quality control, raw material incoming and the , WIP quality control and customer quality complaint •Drive the implementation of Six Sigma projects for quality improvement •Oversee the compliance of quality system such as ISO, TS16949 and the other safety regulating requirements •Work with internal units and suppliers, product development groups and research centers, providing leadership and technical direction in product quality process implementation KEY REQUIREMENTS Education: Chemical Engineering/Chemistry Degree Experiences: MNC Quality Management experience Min 7 years manufacturing background ISO/TSO and Safety regulation Know-how/skills: Capability to develop and implement a quality strategy throughout the organization Expert in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel spreadsheet (including graphs) and Power Point presentations (including org charts).
