Market Manager Report to: Director of Market Production and Product Development SUMMARY: As the Market Manager you will report to the Director of Market Production and Product Development. Your primary focus will be to support both Sales and Production in the development of a specific business/ product segment. The dual focus will require you to remain impartial at all times while processing information and request .You will interface with Senior leadership, sales team members, and customers as needed. High volume detailed communication is key to this position. You will lead related SST team members who service both the internal (production team) and external customer ( sales team and or customers). This will require the ability to lead a team that is multifunctional and instrumental to the growth of the organization. You must actively listen, process,question, and validate information. As the Market Manager you must posses strong project management skills, with a strong track record in planning and executing new range development and managing a project from start to finish. In addition you will set direction, communicate schedules, gain alignment with cross functional teams. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: merchandisers and color swatches engineers, follow up on sample development and provide feedback to related team members until samples meet market/ production needs. Keep record of approved samples/ color swatches for reference and or management needs. (4)Be responsible for quotation to sales; Validate target prices set by sales/ customers, communicate the difference between sales target price and factory price; analyze the reasons and requote and or redesign until price meets market /production needs. (5)Follow up/ track quality complaints; gather info on complaints and send to quality department and other related departments, until solutions are found and customers/ sales are satisfied (6)Follow up customer visit; arrange the showroom for different customers; prepare samples/color swatches/leather samples/cloth samples; make customer visit notes and follow up all the issued mentioned by customers or the sales; coordinate post visit work to ensure proper follow up. (7)Marketing Material; new range photographing, color swatches and or all other photographing needs, cooperate with employed photographer in catalogue photographing, scenes arrangement, workers arrangemen, review the photos and arrange improvement until customer/ sales are satisfied 8)Manage related sales support team; Set/ prioritize / daliy task, follow up on task and redirect team as needed, coordinate interactions with depts/ team members inorder to ensure progress. develope direct reports to ensure company growth and maximum performance. Complete direct report appraisls and related performance/ developement forms / processes as dictated by HR policy. (9 Use the company's Navision and FOSSS systems to track management work (10) Prepare weekly reports and submit to manager as directed. A. COMPETENCY AND QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格和能力要求 Experience in management of reports, documents, and a minimum of 7-10 direct reports. Proficient in word, Excel, and general report development. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Highly organized and efficient in managing time while juggling multiple task or projects. B. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 教育背景 Degree qualified in Business management or Service related subject with at least 5 years of work related experience. C. LANGUAGE SKILLS 语言能力 Excellent English, both written and verbal required. Other Asian language a plus. D. COMPUTER SKILLS 电脑操作技能 Experience in the high volume management of documents, communication records and or email. Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and basic design documents.
