KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES •Owning the facilities engineering design and implementation and making sure the highest standard of EHS is achieved from an engineering perspective •Developing the engineering team capability for a continuous improvement culture •Optimizing the capability of the facilities on site in terms of capacity and cost •Developing the plant engineering strategy for outsourcing and in house engineering service •Building the manufacturing capability for new products and new processes •Leading the implementation of total preventive maintenance KEY REQUIREMENTS Education: Engineering Degree Min Experiences: Min 7 years Engineering Management Experience Min 5 years CAPEX ownership Know-how/skills: Strong technical background for plant equipment and facilities Chemical plant engineering knowledge is preferred Project management models (TPM, PM) Project management tools (Microsoft project) Expert in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel spreadsheet (including graphs) and Power Point presentations (including org charts). Fluent in English and Chinese
