Job responsibilities: 1. Participate the M&S strategy setup of the company 2. Control the total trade spending within the budget and improve the investment efficiency 3. Build up a good sales force and coach them to improve 4P execution skills 4. Distributor / wholesaler / retailer management 5. Regular Market information collection and analysis to identify the business opportunities and issues Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above with good English skills 2. Over 7 years sales experience in FMCG and at least 3 years senior sales manager 3. Good distributor management and store execution skills (Zhongshan/Shantou preferred) 4. Resourceful & open-minded 5. Travel within the region is required 6. Result driven personality and highly self-motivated 7. Strong analytical & presentation skills. highly versatile in spreadsheet & power point applications 8. Marketing and Financial knowledge 9. Solid Distributor management and store execution experience 10. Good leadership & coaching skills and strong team spirit
