Main Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of new product development projects' management process; 2. Assist Marketing department and Product Engineering department with making annual new product development plan; 3. Work with related department to design the suitable project development schedule, evaluate potential risks and solve diverse problems in advance or timely; 4. Report the project development status to top management; 5. After completing projects, review and summary the entire project development process. Main Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree, majored in Management or Mechanical Engineering; 2. More than 5 working years, including above 2 years experience in project management; 3. PMP (Project Management Professional) & being familiar with manufacturing are preferred; 4. Excellent management and communication skills, strong ability in presiding meetings, and strong and independent problem solving ability with clear logic; 5. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing; 6. Familiar with Microsoft Project.
