Human Resources
Training and Development
-Develop/monitor the implementation of orientation program for both production and office area, carry out orientation program for office area;
- Develop training and development program for both production and office area, and drive execution;
- Organize training activities in accordance with training process and policy
- Promote HR programs;
- Collect and establish training market intelligence (e.g. training course, trends)
Labour relations
Deal with labour relations covering:
- Ensure HR practice to comply with legal requirement
- Exit interview;
- Collect feedback from employees and administering communication channels;
- Implement recognition and penalty program (e.g. Dealing with disciplinary and misconduct behaviours);
- Planning and organizing employee events (e.g. birthday party; marriage celebration).
Production HR service
Monitor the implementation of HR service in production area (e.g. recruitment, payroll, training, overtime statistic).
Administration
To plan, coordinate, monitor and execute administration management to meet office needs and budget requirement.
Responsible for:
- Check administration contracts and purchase order;
- Transportation management;
- Develop regular process/tool to improve overall administration:
o Monitor cost, usages of stationary, office supplies consumption and check statics & analysis monthly;
o Monitor the arrangement clean, repairs & maintenance of TA-Shenzhen property;
o Monitor and improve security, dormitory management, reception and facilities;
o 5S indoor office area.
o EHS
Requisition:
BA degree;
Min. 8 Years related work experience
Good presentation skill and communication skill
Good knowledge of Safety
Excellent English & Chinese languages skill
