Job Responsibilities： > -Lead and manage development of acoustic systems and transducers > -Compare and recommend on analysis of competing concepts > -Recommend out of research and review of patents > -Approval of part drawings and/or specifications > -Supervision of assembly & set-up of prototypes > -Supervision of test and approval of required components and materials > -Supervision of acoustical and electrical measurement of transducers & > systems > -Observation of BOM cost, design-to-cost optimization > -Networking with research institutes and and vendors. > Job Specification： > -5 years acoustic transducer and speaker system design experience. > -2 years management experience of small to medium sized team. > -Electronic or physics engineering degree (Bc or Ms). > -Knowledge of physics, acoustics and mechanics > -Knowledge of transducer materials and vendors > -Knowledge of acoustic measurement and related systems (Clio, MLSSA) > -Spoken and written English > -Leadership providing, team-oriented > -Communication & Negotiation skills
